Chalkboard Kitchen Sign

They say that above your kitchen cabinets is one of the hardest places to decorate in your home…uh, AGREED! I am always looking for ideas, switching around stuff…and still pretty much hating it. It ends up being the place I store knick knack decor that I don’t know what to do with!

Well, I finally came up with something I love. I combined my ridiculous obsession with sign making and chalkboard paint and VOILA!

There’s no real fancy schmancy tutorial for this cute baby. I found a piece of wood we had laying around in the garage, slapped on a couple layers of chalk paint ($10 Disney Walmart Brand) and then I used my Chalk Markers! The best part? You can get that fancy font PERFECT because you can just use a baby wipe to erase your mistakes and start over…you can’t go wrong!

I’ve decided that on my other cabinets I’m going to make some signs or canvas/board art. I LOVE to paint on canvas but don’t really have anywhere to stick a bunch of random art pieces in my home so this works perfectly!!

Hello, I’m sure you’ve been asked this many times, but are you willing to make another sign as you have here for sale? I am not a very crafty person and I have been looking for a sign like this for so long!!

    Thank you
