Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time coming up with fun Halloween treats for the kids. I just can’t help myself when it comes to Halloween! But sometimes it’s hard to fit in the time it can take and you’re left feeling overwhelmed over a silly treat. Well, THIS treat is probably the easiest treat I’ve ever made. Unless you count pulling an Oreo out of it’s package. And the best part is that these Ghost Push Up Pops are super healthy!
1 part Greek Yogurt (vanilla)
1 part Fat Free Cool Whip.
Mix them together and pipe them into your Push Up Pops. Draw on some eyes with a dry erase marker or sharpie. My sharpie DID wash off.
I ended up putting mine in the freezer for about 15 minutes just to make them a little more interesting to eat and less messy. They were such a big hit with the kids. I even got a hug around the legs and a giant “Thank you!”. It’s the little things.
